Beautiful ocean view. 10 minute walk to pier to the South and 10-15 minute walk to harbor to the North. Many shops and restaurants in harbor. Restaurant at end of pier. Close to theatres and downtown. 40 minutes to San Diego Zoo and Sea World. 10 minutes to Legoland and 1 hr to Disneyland.

In harbor can rent boats, jet skis, go deep sea fishing,, & in harbor kayaking.

Golf: Public Golf courses nearby. If retired military or active duty, Camp Pendleton's golf course as well as Admiral Baker's Golf Course and Naval Station North Island (Coronodo) Sand & Sea Golf course available.
