Casa Dulce is a brand new 2,700 sq. ft. house which sits atop a bluff overlooking the year round waves at Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and sweeping mountain views to the North. This three story house has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a wrap around balcony on the top two levels, AC in all rooms and living area, a ping pong table, gas grill, satellite TV/DVD, stereo, hot tub, and a full kitchen. Check the waves in the morning from the balcony and either walk it or hop in the car and be at the waves in a couple minutes.
