House - 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s) - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 10)

This is a beautiful 1800SF, well maintained home in Indian Creek which is literally on Disney's doorstep. Indian Creek is not gated but has a lot of community amenities. In the 1st section of Indian Creek you will find a Playground, Putting Green, Tennis Court and Basketball Court. Continue over the bridge to the 2nd section of Indian Creek to find another large playground.You'll also find a large selection of Entertainment venues and Restaurants along the US192 only a mile from the house.

This home is about 15 minutes from SeaWorld and 20 minutes from Universal Studios. Also about 15 minutes away you'll find one of the largest and busiest Name Brand Prime Outlet stores in Orlando for all your shopping needs. You'll also find many Golf courses in the area. Airport is about 25 minutes and beaches are within 1 hour 15 minutes drive time.

There are several supermarkets close by where you can buy food and supplies for cooking at home since we offer a full kitchen for your convenience. We also have a propane gas grill out in the pool area for our guests to use at NO EXTRA CHARGE. This should be your home away from home.

We also offer high speed Internet, so bring your laptop and stay in touch. Enjoy the Heated Pool and Spa while you soak up the Sun on the extended decking.

About Lisa

Family of four from Massachusetts, teenage son getting ready to go to college and a teenage daughter getting ready to start high school. Husband works for local telephone company, I am a bookkeeper for three companies. Our family loves Disney World.

Why Lisa chose Indian Creek

Our family purchased this property because it is so close to Disney World. Our family was growing up and we needed the extra room. Having all the bathrooms, allows all of us to get ready at the same time, which makes getting out the door, that much quicker. It is so nice to come home to our own pool to sit and relax by after a hectic day at the parks.

What makes this villa unique

We have tried to make our home feel homey and relaxing. We want our guests to feel comfortable when they stay here. Our subdivision is close to everything you could possibly need from the theme parks, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks (for those who need their coffee fixes). You can enjoy everything on your budget.

Couldnt believe how good it was, Great Villa

We stayed in this villa for nearly three weeks and found it to be kept to a high standard, very clean and homely. It is exactly like the photos on the website. The pool was lovely and we opted for the additional pool heating which was great. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The villa is in a very central location, and yet only 10 mins drive to Disney. We found the owner to be very very helpful right from the initial inquiry to our return home to the UK. She even emailed us while we were staying in the villa to check everything was to our satisfaction. We would definately stay in this villa again if we were returning to Orlando and will definately recommend the villa to our work colleague's, family and friends.

Looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing place to enjoy your family vacation then this is the place for you. It has everything you could want or need. The pictures are true to form. Its so close to all the parks and then some. We had such a great vacation. I can't say enough about this house. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day at the parks. I would recommend it to everyone. The location is perfect for all of your needs. Restaurants, supermarkets, etc... The only bad thing for us was "HAVING TO LEAVE TO GO HOME!!!" We can't wait to go back.

Great Vacation!!!

My family and I consisting of 4 adults and 4 children travelled to Kissimee Florida from February 12 to 23, 2013. Upon our arrival at the house I noted it was very clean and very nicely laid out. The area that the house is located in is also very quiet and safe.

The house is located very close to all the attractions with Disney only about 15 minutes away depending on traffic. Lots of stores and shopping nearby.

The kids loved the pool and were in it almost every day.

I would recommend anyone looking for accomodations in this area to rent from Lisa and Mark.

Our stay was so nice,the listing description was accurate on all details.I'm very picky about where we stay. The property was very clean an well maintained. Great location, All my family felt like home. House was very charming and cozy... Owner very respectable and friendly. The management company accommodated us in every need we had! Over all, we had a nice experience... We will definitely rent it again and will refer to family or friend members!
