Kenja Kottage is located in the Beach Retreat subdivision. It is a short stroll to the private beach access with over 300 feet of beach frontage. This home is close to Capt. Dave's, Pompano Joes and the Crab Trap Restaurants. It is also a short drive to two major shopping centers. This beauiful two story beach cottage has large wraparound balconies. The cottage is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities to provide you with a fantastic vacation. On the second floor is the main master with a king size bed and master bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second master is also on the second floor. It has a queen size bed and attached bath as well. Both bedrooms have access doors to the large wraparound balcony for enjoying the evening breezes! On the main floor is the well appointed living room along with a kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. One bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a queen size bed & a bunk bed

On the second floor is the main master with a king size bed and master bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second master is also on the second floor. It has a queen size bed and attached bath as well. Both bedrooms have access doors to the large wraparound balcony for enjoying the evening breezes! On the main floor is the well appointed living room along with a kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This beautiful home has beds for sleeping 6 plus two air mattresses for 2 additional children. The kitchen is fully equipped for making your vacation as easy as being at home. The main floor also has a washer and dryer next to the first floor bathroom that adjoins the main floor bedroom. This bedroom has two twin beds and access to the wraparound balcony as well.

Our home is located in the gated community of Beach Retreat. It is a very short walk to a private beach access with over 300 feet of beach frontage. The neighborhood has brick paveed streets lined with colorful Florida Cottages, and a 3000 square foot pool that is heated part of the year. This home is located within steps of the pool and directly behind the club house with a state of the art fitness room. The Beach Retreat community is within a mile of Pompano Joes, Capt. Daves and the Crab Trap Restaurants. We are centerally located near to all of Destin's wonderful Restaurants, water sports, children's activities, outlet mall, upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, movie theater and beautiful golf courses.

Whether you wish to shop til you drop or just relax on the white sands and enjoy the crystal clear emerald green waters, Destin is the perfect place for you. Please give me a call, I would love to have you stay at this beautiful home.

My husband, I and our three boys had an absolutely wonderful time at Kenja Kottage. It was so nice and cozy that we didn't want to go home. We had wonderful weather for Christmas time and spent 4 afternoons at the beach which was a short 5 minute walk across the street. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and so was the home. We would love to come back and visit again soon.

Thank you for having us and providing such a warm and friendly environment for our family during the holidays!

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT KENJA KOTTAGE
IT WAS SO CLEAN AND VERY PRETY. MY FAMILY LOVED IT VERY MUCH. THE POOL AND HOT TUB WAS GREAT. AND VERY CLEAN.
