This beauiful two story beach cottage has large wraparound balconies. The cottage is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities to provide you with a fantastic vacation. On the second floor is the main master with a king size bed and master bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second master is also on the second floor. It has a queen size bed and attached bath as well. Both bedrooms have access doors to the large wraparound balcony for enjoying the evening breezes! On the main floor is the well appointed living room along with a kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This beautiful home has beds for sleeping 8 plus a sofa sleeper for 2 addtional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped for making your vacation as easy as being at home. The main floor also has a washer and dryer next to the first floor bathroom that adjoins the main floor bedroom. This bedroom has two twin beds and access to the wraparound balcony as well.
Our home is located in the gated community of Beach Retreat. It is a very short walk to a private beach access with over 300 feet of beach frontage. The neighborhood has brick paveed streets lined with colorful Florida Cottages, and a 3000 square foot pool that is heated part of the year. This home is located within steps of the pool and directly behind the club house with a state of the art fitness room. The Beach Retreat community is within a mile of Pompano Joes, Capt. Daves and the Crab Trap Restaurants. We are centerally located near to all of Destin's wonderful Restaurants, water sports, children's activities, outlet mall, upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, movie theater and beautiful golf courses.
