Photos and Description of the Beach Haven vacation house rental 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 14 comfortably.

House is located oceanside of the boulevard directly across from Ben and Jerry's which is right next to Fantasy Island. All of the great shopping and restaurants are right there. 2 blocks from the beach. 2 decks off the front of the house and a rooftop deck. 1ST floor layout has a liv room, full bath, master w/ queen and full bath, bedroom #2 has a full and twin bunkbed, bedroom 3 has two twins. Upstairs the great room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and the master bedroom with it's own full bath. Home was constructed four years ago, with upgrades every year. Outside shower is like a slice of heaven. New carpeting throughout and freshly painted this year. Two 42' flat screens the 2 Masters have 37' flat screens. House is extremely child friendly with cabinet locks and removable swinging gates at the top of every landing. Plenty of beach/sand toys, movies, and toys at the house for the kids if needed. We provide 8 beach badges and a few beach chairs. Wifi, cable, & phone.

Great House

We stayed here in June 2008 for a girls get together without kids and husbands! The house was great!!! So close to beach and easy walk to restaurants and bars!! Very clean and modern! Owner was a pleasure to do business with. I hope to rent again!!!

Perfect Location

What a perfect vacation! We couldn't ask for better weather. We had three families and friends at this house and not once did we feel crowded. So many places to go with all the rooms and all the decks. The beach was two blocks away, everything else was right across the street. This house benefits from the fact that there are three empty lots between them and the boulevard. We were able to watch our kids go to Ben and Jerrry's and Fantasy Island while we unwound and hung out on the three decks. The house is very much taken care of and it was a pleasure meeting the owners, thanks guys see you in August!

Great House!

We had a great time in LBI and that was mostly in part to the wonderful house we rented. The house itself is perfect for families. Each staircase is secured with a baby gate (which you can take down if needed) and there are toys available for kids to play with! The layout of the house was also great and not cluttered. Everything you need is right in the house! And talk about location! It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but you could always load up your car and park at the beach entrance (although there is a big cart in the garage for you to use, which we did). Other than that you never have to move your car. Everything (restaurants, Fantasy Island, water park) is within walking distance! Given the opportunity I would rent this house again!
