This house is in an excellent location, just two blocks from popular Main. St. with restaurants, clubs, bars, clothing shops, farmers market and more. Venice boardwalk is 10 minutes walk and 3rd street promenade and pier are only a couple minutes drive. Only a Five-minute walk to the beach. On the beach, a walk, cycle, roller-skate path from Newport beach to Malibu. Great neighborhood and very close to many of the main business spots as well. Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air etc . . . Hiking, horseback riding in the Santa Monica mountains.
