Spacious and homey 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa with beautiful lagoon view off the relaxing back deck. This villa is perfect for a family vacation or a couples getaway. Close to Harbourtown and Lawton Stables and a very short drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club, it includes all the amenities afforded to a Sea Pines guest. A community pool is just 50 feet away along with 4 Hartru clay tennis courts. The first floor includes two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and master suite bath and one with two twins and a full bath. There is a spacious living room and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with eating area and laundry room. The second floor is a large loft with two twin beds - perfect for children. Very comfortable and relaxing home and area away from the hustle and bustle of the larger villa neighborhoods.

For the shopaholics among you, there are upscale boutiques and factory outlet. Did we mention, the dining is superb, the choices endless. Excursions to nearby Savannah (45 minutes by car, or take a daily boat trip there) and Charleston. Special annual events include MCI Heritage PGA Golf Tournament in April, and the 'Concours d'Elegance' classic car show in November.
