Just 15 minutes North of the Westgate City Center. Westgate offers a variety of shopping, restaurants, concerts, hockey games, football games, movie theatres, and fountains for your enjoyment.

This property is located in the NW Foothills of Phoenix. Peoria and Glendale are right next door. You are close to it all. Lake Pleasant, Westgate City Center, and all kinds of hiking. There are also two hot airballoon launches in our area. From November to early spring, the sky is filled with balloons. This is such a special part of the whole experience of this home. You are tucked within the foothills, but minutes away from all the action. Hop onto HWY I-17 and head North to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and other vacation hot spots.

We had a (short) but lovely visit in this beautiful home in AZ. We have to say that this property was our absolute favorite place we have ever rented through HomeAway! We all wish we could have stayed longer. It has every comfort of home & then some! We are not embellishing when we say how beautiful it was - and immaculate! They mean what they say - "this house has it all!" We do hope we have a chance to visit again!

Family Vacation in Phoenix

We (my husband, our 2yr old, our 8 mos old, Grandma & Grandpa and myself) had an absolutely wonderful family vacation due in no small part to the wonderfully comfortable accomodations of this rental property.

The house was marvelously kept and very spacious (when we had visitors drop by there was plenty of space for all). The upkeep of the pool was excellent, and anytime we had questions about the facility there were great support people to contact.

Because of the age of our children, we went to the zoo once a week, and it was admittedly a bit of drive, however it was one well worth it. All things considered, we were able to easily navigate from the house to the Arena, to shopping, the zoo and outlets.

We highly recommend this property for your next stay in Phoenix, you won't be sorry.

Beautiful property

We chose this location based on its proximity to family members in the area. It is a lovely, perfectly set up property. They have included all the amenities you will need, and everything from the remotes to the pool equipment are marked with appropriate instructions. It is immaculate, just like brand new, in a very quiet, suburban neighborhood. It looks exactly like the photos! The owners are very helpful, and they have a local property manager to assist with anything you might need.

LOVELY HOME

Our first impression of this house was that it was absolutely spotless and clean. It has obviously been well looked after. It contained everyone you would need to spend your vacation there. The pool, jacuzzi and fire pit are all great and very well maintained too. The description was very accurate and the house is larger than you think by looking at the photos. The owner was really helpful and kept in touch. There was a housekeeper locally to the property so if you needed anything you could just call. Although there are quite a few homes in the area, it was a lovely peaceful location. I would recommend it and we will certainly be returning! Many thanks Rianne and Dan.
