Only 2/10ths of a mile from beautiful Harding's Beach, this home boasts nearly every amenity including 3 AC window units, satellite dish (including NESN), 2 TV's, DVD, high speed internet access, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, outside shower, deck with deck furniture, dining area and a gas grill. This Chatham rental home is a classic cape with two bedrooms and one bath downstairs and two bedrooms with one bath upstairs and a spacious back yard. Bed linens and bath towels (no beach towels) are provided.

Hardings Beach is only 1/10th of a mile away. You can see the beach from the end of the driveway and there is a sidewalk to leads directly to the beach. The neighborhood is lovely and lends itself to beautiful sight seeing whether you like the sandy beach, the waves, birds or the beautiful architecture that surrounds.
