ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT (water, electricity, satellite, Internet, phone - local AND long distance). Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. Less than 10 minutes from several Golf clubs. Walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. 5 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Health Centers and Banks are also within a few minutes. Perfect vacation home in a VERY CONVENIENT location!!!!
