This unique tri-level ski retreat is on the shuttle route. Resting on the ridge above the Fraser River, this spacious and bright townhome offers panoramic views of the Fraser Valley (including the WP ski area and Byers Peak) through a vaulted ceiling of skylights. Newly furnished, this 2000 sq. ft. townhome has an open floor plan with: gas fireplace, 3 secluded bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 living areas, 3 decks, private indoor hot tub, wet bar, washer and dryer, courtyard, garage, and plenty of additional parking. Just above the river trail and Safeway in Fraser, one mile to the town of Winter Park and approximately six miles to the WP ski resort. Just out your door: biking, hiking, fishing, and WP shuttle. Bike and ski rental across the meadow. Just minutes to: downhill skiing/boarding, x-country skiing, tubing, sleigh rides, ice skating, golfing, mnt biking, horseback riding, and alpine slide. 30 minutes away: full service spa, hot springs, rafting, sailing, and water skiing.

Great Value & Very Spacious for 2 families

We've loved skiing at Winter Park ski resort for 20+ years and stayed in a lot of places but this has been the best in terms of value and location. Last year we rented this with another family and having 3 levels allowed everyone to spread out and have their own space.

Pros:
Spectacular view of the valley below.
HD cable TV and sound system rocked.
In-door Hot Tub was relaxing and the adjacent shower was convenient.
Spacious kitchen on the main level was a plus.
Private garage plus additional parking was great.
Having the "Ski Bus" pick-up and drop-off right in front was awesome. We always got a good seats and even let the kids ride by themselves. Sure beats driving and walking as well as paying to park.
We rented equipment from Ski Broker close by.
Safeway for groceries and Crooked Creek Saloon were 5 min away.

Cons:
Having to packing up and leave.

If your looking for a great value and location, this is it.

PS.- I don't mind recommending this property because I've already reserved my dates for 2010 & 2011.
