Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Beautiful, three-story villa boasts pool and partial ocean views. Offering two expansive bedrooms, each with a private bath, and an open loft bedroom on the third floor. This villa enjoys extensive private decking which overlooks a gorgeous swimming pool. Cathedral ceilings and a lovely fireplace in a large family room which boasts a 34-inch cable TV with DVD player. There is a dining area that seats eight, a laundry room, and new for 2012 a fully remodelled fitted kitchen featuring granite counter tops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Also all bathrooms were fully remodelled this year.

With direct access to the beach, which is a pleasant stroll of less than 70 yards away, the villa is next door to the Marriott Resort Hotel, where you can enjoy the dining and entertainment facilities. This development is in front of The Moorings. This is a great place for a fabulous family vacation. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach.

Tony and Chris, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your
villa in HHI. It was so spacious and accomodating. Everyone had
plenty
of room to be together or to be alone!!! I especially enjoyed the
large
patio area off of the living room and the washer and dryer were
fantastic. Thanks for thinking of the iron and board. The location is
terrific and everyone enjoyed the surprise foosball table. We had
perfect weather for the entire two weeks and did early and late day
beach walks. We all felt very spoiled and it was tough to return to
the
reality of everyday life. We are definately interested in the rental
for two weeks next year. I will keep your email address and contact
you
about availability for the Summer of 2006 in January. Thanks for

Family vacation with grandchildren

Although kitchen update was nice, the oven had not been cleaned. The sofas were very worn and the bathrooms needed update. You could not close 2 of the sinks in baths and could not take a bath in master bath as water would not revert back to faucet. There were no pot holders or hot pads in kitchen. Found ants in loft bedroom.Loft was also very hot. It was within walking distance of beach but next to public access which made it very crowded. Kids enjoyed foosball table. Pool was not large enought for # of units and very loud at night. It was great to have the general store nearby and enjoyed delicious dinner at Alexanders in the resort. Enjoyed tennis exhibition match with pros.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers
Owner's Response: The kitchen and upstairs bathroom were completely remodeled last year. In January of this year the two bathrooms downstairs were also completely remodeled.

Peaceful and tranquil

This was our second year visiting the island and we stayed in this condo both years. What a wonderful surprise when we arrived and the kitchen and bath on the main floor had been completely and beautifully remodeled. The condo is spacious and a great place to entertain. We had a few dinner parties with family and friends. The owner is a pleasure to work with. We are hoping to go back next year!!
