Beautiful, three-story townhouse boasts pool and partial ocean views. Offering three expansive bedrooms, each with a private bath, this villa enjoys extensive private decking which overlooks a gorgeous swimming pool. Cathedral ceilings and a lovely fireplace in a large family room which boasts a 34-inch cable TV with DVD player. There is a dining area that seats eight, a laundry room, and a fully-fitted kitchen with amenities for ten people. With direct access to the beach, which is a pleasant stroll of less than 50 yards away, the villa complex is next door to the Marriott Resort Hotel, where you can enjoy the dining and entertainment facilities. This development is in front of 'The Moorings'. This is a great place for a fabulous family vacation. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach.

Tony and Chris, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your
villa in HHI. It was so spacious and accomodating. Everyone had
plenty
of room to be together or to be alone!!! I especially enjoyed the
large
patio area off of the living room and the washer and dryer were
fantastic. Thanks for thinking of the iron and board. The location is
terrific and everyone enjoyed the surprise foosball table. We had
perfect weather for the entire two weeks and did early and late day
beach walks. We all felt very spoiled and it was tough to return to
the
reality of everyday life. We are definately interested in the rental
for two weeks next year. I will keep your email address and contact
you
about availability for the Summer of 2006 in January. Thanks for
sharing your island home with my family. Lynn Zur
