Beautiful custom-built home with lovely filtered lake views from almost every room, Granite kitchen counters, with fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, 40' TV/DVD with cable, 2 Master bedrooms- each with King size bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 bunk beds (4 ex-long twin mattresses), 2-car garage with additional parking outside on our plowed driveway (Garage door opener available)! Close to Donner Lake activities- hiking, boating, fishing, etc., Truckee- historic town and fun river activities, Tahoe-area skiing and other attractions! Come enjoy the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains!

Donner Lake is the perfect getaway- quiet lake living that is still close to everything in the North Lake Tahoe region! Close to many ski resorts such as Sqaw Valley, NorthStar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Mount Rose, Sugar Bowl, Boreal and Donner Ski Ranch. The historical town of Truckee is a short 5 min. drive, with river rafting on the world-famous Truckee River and the Donner Memorial museum! Wide trail ranges- from beginning to skilled hiking and biking. 2 Championship Golf courses within close range. Centrally located, visitors can also take longer trips to Reno (45 min.) for a show, California's Gold Country for history and maybe some gold panning, or Lake Tahoe to name a few! Lake Tahoe is close- Approx. 35 minutes from North Shore and 90 minutes from South Lake Tahoe's shows, skiing, and other attractions.
