There are about 40 beaches on St Thomas and by Caribbean law all beaches are open to everyone, so when you want to hit the beach, whenever, wherever, it will be NO problem! SCUBA DIVING-- We have numerous dive sites to choose from and almost as many dive operators to suit your needs. Learn to dive while you're hear or for more experienced divers there are shipwrecks, reef dives, walls. . . Truly something for everyone. EXCURSIONS-- Go to the baths in the BVI, Parasailing, Racing Sailboats, Submarine, Sunset Cruise, Daysail, Coral World

Richard and Lisa are the "MOST OF THE MOST" hosts you have dreamed of!!!! The Villa is SPOTLESS & AMAZING!!!! We were thrilled walking in the Villa. It was more then the pics can tell!!!! Seeing the view out of all the windows & decks took our breath away! Visiting a property sight unseen made me very nervous..... all I can say is Richard and Lisa "KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING"!!! We had a wonderful trip and can not wait to visit again. While on the islands I saw many places that I would not have been happy staying at....! I was so happy to return every day to "The Round House"!!! Richard helping us out with tips on awesome things to do and saving money with his and Lisa's cards..... TOOO COOL!!!!! . Just imagine... a private pool.............. looking over the view, a villa stocked with anything you can need and a host that is "THE BEST"!!!!! Give The Round House a try as you will be planning your next trip back as soon as you can..... as we are!!!!

Perfect vacation!!

We have just returned from a wonderful family vacation at Bay Breeze Villa. The views were stunning, seeing the sunrises, sunsets and rainbows from the balcony was breathtaking. The villa is VERY spacious and tastefully decorated, everything is there to make yourself comfortable. Although it is tucked away enough to feel private, it is close enough for easy access to beaches, Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. The owners were gracious, friendly and helpful. We hope to be able to return someday.

From arrival to departure we loved this place! It is roomy, cool, private and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, we felt very safe and the Villa is like being in a home. Everything we needed was there. I am looking forward to staying there again one day.

The house is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The cool breeze is refreshing. You are in close proximity to everything. The wrap around balcony is excellent for barbequing after a long day of sightseeing. This is the most memorable house rental I have ever experienced. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. I can not wait to return!
