New, awesome pet-friendly home, Gulf Breeze, has fabulous gulf views, easy beach access and a large screen enclosed private in ground pool and fenced yard. This beautifully decorated home is very close to the pet friendly beautiful beach. Located in a nice beach front community, the home is 160 feet to community beach access. The home has a large enclosed private swimming pool with waterfall and you do not need to worry about any insects spoiling your fun. It has a screened porch, accessible from the master bedroom and living room and open sun deck off of the dining room. There are two master bedrooms with private baths and a third bedroom that has access to the third central bath. A full sized sofa bed in the large living room provides sleeping for 8. The home is all one one level so there is no running up and down the stairs.

Notes: The enclosed in ground pool is a large 16 foot by 32 foot with a waterfall. There is a lots of parking under the house to keep your vehicles and boats nice and cool. There is a large grassy backyard with fenced area for the dogs. This home has everything to make your vacation memorable. The open and spacious living area has nice high ceilings and has great gulf views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The beautiful master suite on with queen sized bed, view of the Gulf and access to the screen porch. The second master bedroom has attached bathroom with shower. The third bedroom, which doubles as a second sitting room, has a trundle bed which pulls out to make two twin beds. The kids can have their own sitting area with their own TV and movie entertainment. Amenities include wireless high speed internet access, charcoal grill, stereo, cable TV, free unlimited long distance to U.S. and Canada in case your cell phones aren’t working, games

Pet friendly and Low Density: We have no high rises in the area and you can walk down the beach and barely see another sole outside of spring and summer peak weeks. You can leave your chairs and shelter on the beach and ready for you to come back down to it after your refreshing swim in the private pool. The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach. Even some of the nearby restaurants have outside decks and are pet-friendly.

Boating, Fishing & Scalloping: The area features true world-class fishing accessible from any of three boat ramps that are within 10 miles. You can fish and boat in the gulf, the bays or on the inland waterways. There are many area operators who will be happy to take you fishing -- everything from deep sea to the bay and flats. Nearby St. Joseph Bay features a summer scalloping season and the best bay scallops on the planet.

We had an awsome time. The house was PERFECT. We enjoyed everything. The lay out of the house was perfect. Couldn't of asked for a better place. The walk to the beach is nothing, my 1 year old was fine and it was not to far to carry her. Will be back:)

We stayed at Gulf Breeze 3/14 - 3/21 and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. I was afraid that it would be too cold for the kids to swim in the Gulf, but it didn't bother them a bit and the weather was perfect. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to get away from all the hussle and bustle and just relax in paradise. We will definatley make a repeat visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gulf Breeze, it was a nice break from our long Vermont winters. The clear night skies were incredible, ideal stargazing conditions. We kayaked and fished throughout the area. I watched the sun come up from the beach every morning.

We had a great vacation in Cape San Blas. We had discussed vacationing there for a few years, and finally got to go there. The beach was great - the most we saw in 1 day on the beach besides us was 4 people. The dogs had a great time too catching their tennis balls in the water. The house was great. Very clean, comfortable, and great open floor plan. The pool was nice - just wished it had been heated because we would have loved to use it at night too but it was just too cool for that. We loved our stay and highly recommend Gulf Breeze and the Cape.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cape San Blas. It was nice and quiet and the beach was practically all ours! The house and pool were very nice. We rode horses on the beach and did alot of site seeing. We will be back in a few years for another visit. It was a great place for a family vacation.
