The wonderful property has an internal living area of nearly 1000m. There are fantastic views over Ferradura beach and the property is in walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The entrance hall leads through in the sitting area and into the private cinema room with 50” TV, surround sound and DVD. The large kitchen can be found past the dining room which has seating for 12 people. On the upper level are 2 oversized master suites with their own walk-in closets, Jacuzzis and verandas. Along with the living and dining areas of the main level can be found 3 further double bedrooms, all with their own on suite bath or shower rooms and access out to the garden. The garden has a swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi and decked barbeque area. The lower level area makes for a perfect game room with pool table, card table and computer area with high speed internet access.

Staying in this home you are just 2 minute walk from the best beach in Buzios, Ferradura, which has wonderful views over the bay. This beautiful horseshoe shaped bay has calm, clear aqua blue waters and a year round temperature in the high 70’s.
