Love Myrtle beach, this Condo WAS GREAT

We will try to rent the same condo next year, this condo is new, no smell, clean, 2 bedrooms. We have 3 children and its great to have your own washer and dryer, kitchen etc.
Ocean front, you can also walk to a bunch of entertainment.

My family and I stayed at this condo. The transaction was very smooth. Received the keys two weeks in advance. Property was very nice and friendly people. I would recommend this property to friend or other family members. Loved the golf! I would not hesitate to go back.

Nice condo, convenient location to downtown Myrtle

We traveled to Myrtle Beach for Spring break this year with the kids (ages 14 and 10). The condo was lovely - it was nice to have two separate rooms so the kids could have their own room and we could have our own room. The view from the balcony was breath taking. I felt very relaxed and comfortable in the room. The owner of the condo was easy to work with and kept his promises! When I return to Myrtle, I would rent through the owner again.

My only complaint about Bayview was the elevators were extremely slow and there were times that you had to wait for what seemed like 5 minutes for the elevator to take you up to the 8th floor.
Owner's Response: i called the bay view about the elevators.and they said they were addressing the problem??

I stayed here for three months in the winter. The unit was as advertised. I was as comfortable in this condo as if I were in my own home. It was a good base to operate from for going on all sorts of excursions, with many good restaurants nearby. Friends who visited remarked delightfully on the splendid vies from the balconies, the excellent quality of the furnishings and appliances, and the overall security and cleanliness of the building. I would not hesitate to rent this place again.
