Welcome to Emerald Island Retreat 2.This fabulous family-friendly vacation home is privately-owned, and one of two IDENTICAL side by side villas with private Heated Pool/Spa and Aircon Games room located just three miles from DISNEY WORLD. Our Non-Smoking home is located in the newest and most exclusive gated and guarded communities in Kissimmee. Our home has a heated south-facing pool with adjoining Jacuzzi, which receives the warm Florida sun all day long. We have provided a basketball hoop, and 4 cushioned loungers for your enjoyment on the extended pool deck. There are also ample patio chairs to compliment the patio table.

Within a couple of hundred yards The CLUBHOUSE facilities are at your disposal. The facilities include a Games room, Fitness room, Steam/Sauna room, Cyber café (Free Internet), Tiki bar, cable TV and large communal Pool and Play area. There are Tennis courts, a Sand Volleyball court and an 11 acre Nature trail too for walking, jogging or biking. A Concierge service provides information and Attraction tickets as well as a Shuttle service to the parks (at reasonable cost) for those who prefer not to drive. There are 3 Beaches about 1 hour's drive away but within walking distance you can find local Restaurants and a short drive will give you a huge choice of Shops and Restaurants. Hiking, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Miniature golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, sightseeing, Jet Skiing

The home has all the amenities for a comfortable vacation get-away. We have provided a baby-crib and highchair for babies and discs, tapes and games for the DVD, VCR, PS2 and Xbox as well as children's board games. In addition, the fantastic air conditioned games room includes a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, electronic darts and mountain bikes. Now FREE wireless broadband provided.

The master suite with en suite facilities has a king size bed. The second master suite with an en-suite bath has a queen size bed. The other two bedrooms have one queen bed and two twin beds. Families with children of all ages are assured to have a relaxing vacation.
