This staffed Exclusive Highlands Home has a living area of 3,882sq ft situated in a private estate on a quiet no-through road and backs straight onto the Breckenridge Golf Course. You are less than 10 minutes from town, and less to the new Gondola at the base of Peak 7. Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone, Arapahoe basin are all within 40 minutes drive. The property can comfortably accommodate 10 adults and four additional children. Six bedrooms (five double rooms with en suite bathrooms) and one bunk bedded room for children. Large living/dining area, family room with 5' cinema style TV, fully equipped kitchen, mezzanine with study area, private hot tub and heated three car garage. Main Level - has a 33 foot living/dining area with doors opening onto a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen leading through to a three car heated garage/games room. Master bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with large shower and jacuzzi bath tub, and queen-size bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Upper Level - Mezzanine with study area which overlooks the living room, and a queen-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. Lower Level - 17' family room with 58' cinema style TV, surround sound, DVD, VHS, a wet bar area and terrace with private Hot Tub. Two double bedrooms with queen-size log beds, both with en-suite bathrooms, and another bedroom with bunk bed (double bunk below, single bunk above). Maid service is included and catering can be arranged on request.
