The Nenby Cottage is a quaint 1912 shotgun house that has been upgraded but still maintains its rustic charm. This front of the cottage, The Nenby Large has a/c, large screen TV in living room, TV in bedroom, King size size bed, full size modern sleeper sofa, farm style basic kitchen, updated bathroom, entry foyer suitable for storing scuba gear. The nenby small is in the back and is perfect for couples. It has a king size bedroom, flat screen TV, large bathroom and open air sitting porch with microwave-mini fridge kitchenette. The entire cottage can be rented as a 2 bedroom 2 bath if desired There is has a natural water garden perfect cooling off and relaxing, just a few feet deep with bamboo waterfall cable, wireless access, gated parking and laundry available to all guests canoe rentals and bike rentals available, shuttle for the waterway, guided everglades tours, referrals for scuba lessons,

Our Neighborhood: The cottage is located in a well established culturally diverse family neighborhood. Our curb appeal is tropical and once inside the property and at the watergarden you are in a quiet tropical oasis complete with year round fruit tress, papayas, carombla, mangos, avocados and coconuts. walk to La Favorita Panderia a family owned Mexican bakery for .75 cafe con leches the same as a starbucks latte; if you are a starbucks fan we do have a new starbucks just 3 blokcs away.

Our area: Check out the Schnebly Winery, Havannah Joes for cigars and excellent cuban folk music after movies at Flagship Cinemas, 24 hour walmart

Other Activities: Canoeing, Winery, Skydiving, Hiking

WE LOVED OUR STAY AT THE NENBY!! The area is in the suburbs so you feel like you are at Home Away from Home!! It is very close to everything!! super Cozy, Private entrance, the Pond was gorgeous!! The owner is Fantastic and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about great places in the area. There was so much to do we stayed a week and it wasn't enough. Tons of places to see, beautiful wildlife and animal rescue centers.Lots of great beaches and parks near by. The Everglades is a short drive away as well as the Florida keys.
PERFECT VACATION SPOT.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND WILL RETURN TO STAY AT THE NENBY!!
