Looking for an outdoor adventure?This cabin is located just 3 miles from North Country Rivers.They are the answer to your outdoor dreams.They guide rafting trips, rent ATV's, Snowmobiles,run moose watching tours, and have a great restaurant. If you plan on rafting, they will help you choose exactly what level of rafting adventure suits you, and which of three rivers you would enjoy most. For a real thrill, plan your trip during one of the dam release dates, which double the flow of the river. ATV, and snowmobile riding is also great in this area. If you don't own one, you can always rent from North Country. The well maintained and extensive trail systems can be accessed right from our cabin. The Wyman dam tailwater, minutes from our cabin offers great fishing. It holds brookies, browns, wild rainbows, salmon and togue. If you are looking for something a bit more relaxing, canoe one of the many remote ponds in the area, or just relax and enjoy the great north wood scenery.

This great 4 Season cabin was just completed on 11/10/07. It is presently well equipped, and we will continue to make improvements to the cabin and property. It seems to have just the right feel of seclusion, yet has all the conveniences, and is perfectly located to many outdoor activities. Just a short trip gets you into the vast north woods. An outdoor enthusiasts dream come true. The scenery is breathtaking with mountain views to the northwest. Wyman lake, just minutes away was featured on the Maine foliage website last year. A half hour drive to the north,will get you to Maines highest single drop waterfall (Moxie Falls). A half hour drive in the southerly direction affords shopping opportunities, and also golfing at Lakewood golf course. A unique advantage to renting this cabin, is that just down the road is the Sunrise Ridge Guide service which offers many activities. Easy day trips of about 1hour can also get you to Moosehead Lake, Rangeley, and sugarloaf ski area

Rental Rates for this vacation cabin rental in Bingham, Maine

Additional information about rental rates

  • Based on an occupancy of four.
  • Our rental rates are $600.00 per week. $250.00 for a weekend (Friday, and Saturday nights), and $100 per weekday night based on an occupancy of up to 4. Each additional adult will be charged $25.00 per night, and children between the ages of 5 and 12 will be charged $15.00. Children under 5 stay free. We also charge 7% tax, and a $50.00 cleaning fee. We have a two night minimum stay.
    A 50% deposit is required to book the reservation. A $250.00 refundable security deposit will also be required prior to your arrival. As soon as it is confirmed, that the cabin has been left in the same condition as when you arrived, your deposit will be quickly refunded. You should have your deposit within one week of your leaving if everything is found O.K.
  • All pets require prior approval. Only well mannered dogs will be permitted, and you must clean up after them. A $10.00 a day fee will be charged for each pet.

  • There are two bathrooms in the cabin. Both Bathrooms have a spacious shower and both rooms are extra large so there is plenty of room for dressing .

  • Master Bedroom on Main level has 0ne Queen Bed. Second Downstairs bedroom has a full size bed. Upper Loft has two bedrooms one with 2 twin beds and the second upstairs Loft has 4 twin beds. This open loft gives a spacious open feel to the cabin.

Ride to Moosehead lake, Rangeley lake, Jackman, or so many other destinations which are all part of the great ITS trail system of Maine. You can ride right from the door step of this cabin and get on the ITS trails. Snowmobile rentals can be arranged through Sunrise Ridge Outfitters just up the road if needed. Come up and experience the amazing thrill of riding a snow machine in this beautiful unspoiled country.

Whitewater Rafting details: This area is so popular with rafters because of the daily dam releases April through October. Rapids of class 2-5 can be experienced on the kennebec during these releases. There are turbine test release dates that bring out the most daring of rafters. These dates are pre planned, so check the schedule, and book early.
