This villa has an excellent position in a small, quiet cul de sac with no passing traffic. It is immediately adjacent to a beautiful landscaped pool area and has lovely views. It is superbly furnished and equipped with air-con and many extras. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 x double and 1 x twin, with ample wardrobe and drawer space. The attractive lounge offers guests a very comfortable seating area with 28' screen TV, providing approx. 18 English channels via cable. The adjacent dining area seats 6. The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped with oven/hob/extractor/fridge-freezer/washing machine and microwave etc. The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower and vanity unit. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. There is off road parking and a garden with patio area, directly overlooking the lovely pool area. Steps lead up to the spacious, secluded roof-top solarium which provides an attractive dining and sun-bathing area with table and chairs, gazebo and sun-loungers.

Nearest Airport: Alicante at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres

The villa is situated in the lovely, very popular area of La Marina, midway between Alicante and Torrevieja, only 20 mins. from the airport and very easily accessible from the main N332. Within just a few minutes drive are the fabulous, clean sandy 'Blue Flag' beaches of the Costa Blanca, stretching for miles. La Marina beaches are backed by a pine forest which provides welcome shade and picnic areas. Along the coast are numerous seaside resorts and other places of interest. The area also offers some of the finest championship golf courses in Europe, all within a short drive. Terramitica Theme Park and Benidorm are approx. a 45 min. drive to the north, whilst La Manga is less than an hour's drive south. Closer to La Marina can be found the seaside resorts of Santa Pola or Guardamar, both not to be missed, or drive inland to explore the numerous villages.

We will definitely be returning to this beautiful property!
We cannot fault our stay in any way!
The pool is perfect. Not too busy and of a decent size. The property itself is clean and comfortable and situated in a quiet area but within easy walking distance to some lovely bars and restaurants! The beach is a short taxi/bus ride away and is truly stunning and not too touristy!
Can't wait to return to this holiday gem!

After we'd spent 2 weeks at Sue & Daves other apartment in Villamartin (see review on property 17971) we moved to this one for 4 weeks. Although La Marina looks overwhelming at first - it's a large residential area, it has all facilities you could ever need. As many people live there permanently it doesn't feel "touristy". The apartment itself is on the outskirts so doesn't feel crowded, & is spacious, clean & well resourced with all you need for a comfortable holiday. Sue & Dave were readily contactable if we needed anything & even called to check that everything was OK! We would definately recommend a stay here & plan to return soon.

Great property

We stayed here for 5 days and found the property to be everything we required. The pool was on the doorstep which was extremely handy for the children. The owners met us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Holiday

My family and I, 7 of us in total including 2 toddlers spent a week in the Villa in April, none of us could fault it everything was better than expected. We did not have a hire car which was ok for us being fit'ish, but others may prefer to hire one as the nearest shops and bars were a good 10 mins walk. Hopefully we shall go back soon.
