Coral Sands Beach House is a new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home directly on a secluded ocean beach on Green Turtle Cay. The house also offers a one bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor which is available to rent as an optional fourth bedroom and bathroom. The studio will not be rented separately. There are two master bedrooms with views of the ocean, both have king beds and the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds (with an option to convert to a king). The great room is furnished with a queen pull out sofa. The house is designed with a complete modern kitchen, washer and dryer, satellite TV with a DVD player. The great room has two double French doors that are 8 feet high opening onto the front porch providing a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. In addition, there are two double French doors on each side of the great room which open onto the screened side porches; this provides a panoramic view of the ocean from three sides.

Our beautiful house is just a brief one hour flight and ten minute ferry ride from South Florida. The historic Town of New Plymouth is a five minute golf cart ride from the house. Here you will find, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, museums, post office, library, and a gorgeous view of the sea of Abaco. Stroll the town day or night and in no time you will feel right at home.

Great Week at Coral Sands

We rented the 3 bed 2 bath top section of the house for two couples in late May 2009 and it was perfect. Everything as described and the owner was especially friendly and helpful. We came from Jupiter Florida with both couples taking their own boat and the marina services recommended were great as were the cart rental people and the property manager. We had been to GTC for a week once before and it was wonderful also but the Coral Sands House was the best because of its location, layout, amenities and helpful owner. We could have easily taken more people and still had the right mix of private and common space. We intend to repeat our visits to GTC and will specifically select the Coral Sands House. The house is centrally located, a short cart ride to anything on GTC. The beach is basically right out in the backyard and has both nice sandy areas and some areas with rock formations for snorkling.The view of the water is excellent from the large porch area and the kitchen and BBQ capabilities are also if you feel like eating in. Our interest was boating, fishing, island hopping and just relaxing with friends and this was the perfect place for all of that and more. We would certainly recommend GTC and the Coral Sands House.

Best Vacation Ever

There were 8 of us and we had the time of our life at Coral Sands:) It was even better than the description. The location was close to everything by golf cart. The layout was perfect..even for 8 people. We had plenty of room. The amenities were excellent. Plenty of towels, blankets closets, dressers, dishes, glasses, even laundry soap...everything we needed. Large screen TV, wireless internet and plenty of reading material. Only watched TV in morning and on Thursday for Survivor and Greys Anatomy. Nicely decorated. Master bedroom and bath is beautiful. Shower is big enough for 4 people. Studeo is perfect with bed/bath/kitchen. Love the tiles in the shower:) Owner was very courteous and helpful when making our plans. Property Manager couldn't have been more friendly. Seaside Golf Cart owners Marilyn & Ted were so nice. We arrived at 8am and were able to take our luggage to the house before check in later after the group before us left and the house was cleaned. Beautiful beach. Incredible views from all over the house. Decks surround the sides and back of the house that faces the ocean. Sunrises were incredible from the deck.Had a full moon while we were there and one afternoon after it rained we had a rainbow that was absolutly beautiful. My husband snorkled everyday for hours right out from the house.(brought our own gear) We ate at "almost" every restaurant and every meal was excellent. for Captain Tom took took us on 2 different excursions by boat. Stores in town had everything we needed. I will definately stay at Coral Sands again...Hopefully in 2010. Only complaint was that we didn't know how to work the thermostat for the a/c so it was a little too cold in the house. Can't wait to go back:)

Wow, we just returned from a week at GTC staying in Coral Sands. We went on all kinds of excursions, rented a boat, and saw some beautiful sites. But, at the end of each day, we would come back to Coral Sands and agree that the view there was as good as it gets. The house was immaculate, and we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The owner was very helpful and all of suggestions were right on the mark. Thanks for a great week.
