Excellent Accommodations at Old Orchard Beach

We had an exceptional time in Old Orchard Beach and everyone in my party agrees that the accommodations "made" the trip. I was traveling with a baby, so it's important that home base be comfortable during some of the long stretches we spent in the room. Even with some early nights, we were never far from the action and enjoyed listening to live music from the restaurant downstairs on the deck, watching the crowds, and catching the fireworks from the "best seat in the house". Best of all, baby slept on undisturbed -- the vacuum-sealed doors keep out the vast majority of the noise, so you can easily tune out the excitement outside for a quiet night in.
The unit itself was well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and a good assortment of games, books and puzzles. Likewise, the building, the Grand Victorian, was unparalleled. Well-maintained and fully staffed, we had everything we needed at all times. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and the whole family enjoyed the indoor pool. Unlike other condo rentals I've enjoyed, very little is required of you at the Grand Victorian upon checkout-- just start the wash and dishwasher and strip the beds. This final piece of customer service sent us on our way relaxed (as opposed to the final two hours of frantic cleaning I've enjoyed elsewhere!)
I would highly recommend this property to anyone and look forward to a return visit. The owner, Michael, provided excellent service throughout this rental experience - starting with responsive, friendly communication during the booking process and ending with a personal tour through the unit upon arrival.
