Margaritaville at Southgate is a charming one-bedroom, West Indian style villa on the exclusive east end of beautiful St. Croix. This newly renovated and tastefully decorated villa boasts cathedral ceilings, open and airy living and dining areas and a full size, well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed, tropical furnishings, television, ceiling fan and air conditioner. The top floor location allows you to leave the windows open and enjoy the tropical breezes for the true Island experience. The private balcony is surrounded by beautiful lush tropical gardens. Walk down a few steps to the inviting fresh water pool complete with large deck area, lounge chairs and gazebos. Centrally located just minutes from historic Christiansted with its shops and restaurants. The Divi Casino which offers gambling and nightly entertainment is just 15 minutes to the east, and many great restaurants and beautiful beaches are also just minutes away.
