On the main level of this condo, you enter to find a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, micro, fridge w/ice maker, dining area with round table & 4 chairs, and living room with full-size sofa, chair, cable TV, DVD, iPod docking station, and romantic wood-burning fireplace! Ascend the mahogany staircase to the 2nd floor bedroom. The open 'loft' style welcomes you with a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, sitting area and walk-in closet with hangers and shelves. Modern, full bath w/tub and double-showerhead. Exclusive deck with gas grill overlooks the Park and makes you feel like you are in a tree house hovering above it all - while you enjoy the most impressive view of the Monument.

It is an ideal spot offering the best of both worlds: You are steps to restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment and the ocean, yet, wander off Bradford St into the complex, and you enter a secret, peaceful and quiet garden hide-away. There is a wonderful deck tucked away under the trees that overlooks the Monument Park. Barbecue your favorite foods on the gas grill or sit back and relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It is relaxing and peaceful on this deck any time of the year! It is a quick 5-minute walk from the ferry to this condo. If you drive, nearby parking for one car is included from April 1 to November 30. No parking meters are in effect Dec - Mar.

No worries, there are blinds encased in the skylights for those mornings you just want to sleep-in! There is also a sitting area with a comfy chair and a lamp for reading. Now, for the best part, there is a walk-in closet! It is stocked with plenty of heavy-duty hangers and shelves.
