FULL SIZE CONDO - PERFECT LOCATION - CENTER OF TOWN - STEPS TO EVERYTHING!

This was the second stay at Gabriel's Condominium complex for my partner and I. We were excited to find a larger unit this year, but still be able to stay in the same complex. Gabriel’s Condominium is a perfect location, right in the center of town. Typically, the other occupants in the complex are kind and very quiet. Our unit, Frances Gumm, was great and after a week, we still thought the place was great.

First and foremost, the unit was clean. The "loft style" setup with the bedroom on the second floor and bathroom on the first was fun and works great for two people. Thankfully, the bedroom area was slightly hidden from the family room/kitchen area and made entertaining friends easy. The bed was a tempurpedic, which made for great sleep. The unit was equipped with everything you can imagine. The kitchen included every gadget, appliance and pot & pan you would need for a week long stay. The walk-in closet was great for storing your luggage and organizing you clothes (the wooden hangers were a nice touch too). There were also beach chairs, a Bose iPod docking station and a nice outdoor grill.

Parking was less than a block from the complex and again, the location is perfect. Parking was also guaranteed, which is great when staying during the busy season. Glenn Sinclair, the owner, was great to work with. He was timely with emails and continued communicating with us before and during our stay. He was fully reachable via phone during our whole stay if we had any issues. This was another great stay for us through HomeAway.com and we hope to come back again next year!

My boyfriend and I spend a week in the "Frances Gumm" condo located adjacent to the Pilgrim Monument park. Walking distance to town- 2 minutes! Although you were steps away from center of town, the area was for the most part very quiet.
There was some construction going on in the park itself that started very early, 7am- which was a bit of a nuisance but not too bad. The condo itself was nice, the right size for two adults. I loved the loft bedroom, the tempurpedic mattress was a very nice touch, with plenty of closet space for everything. Since we went during a mini heatwave the airconditioner was on almost constantly, and what a loud air conditioner it was!!! You had to practically yell over it to have a conversation! Overall a nice place, I would reccommend it for the location alone.

Had a great week in this wonderful condo. We will be back to ths one for SURE !!!!
Location very convenient to everything... yet peaceful and quiet...we did not hear any of the normal Ptown noises and partying. Lots of usable space....great electronics provided from multiple TV's to DVD players to ipod docking stations...never felt cramped as we have in other rentals. First few nights multiple windows ( with screens ) were open and we felt like we were in northern Michigan ( needed comforters ) last few nights AC was our survival.....never know with Cape weather and this unit handled all of the normal extremes perfectly.

Owner was responsive to all questions...very, very positive rental experience
