Convenient to shopping and attractions. 10 minute drive to Hyannis harbor and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket (a great day trip). Spacious living areas, large screened porch, and large deck. All appliances including dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, microwave, charcoal grill, 3 TVs w/ DVD + VCRs, and CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, dinnerware, pots, pans, etc. Large yard with swing set, enclosed outside H/C shower, play area with swing set, 2 refrigerators, parking for 6-8 cars,Town boat launch 5 min drive. Great house! Clean, equipped with everything you could want. Even a second refridgerator on the screened porch, which came in handy. Plenty of space for company too - we had 22 people for dinner one night and plenty of space for all! Everyone was impressed with the size, the layout of the rooms, etc. It's in a great neighborhood and it's a quick walk to the beach. A quick car ride to shops, restuarants, kayaing, mini-golf, bowling, etc. Would recommend it to any group of family or friends who like to vacation together.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

My family & I had a wonderful end of summer week here at the Cape. The house was spotless! It had everything listed and was better than we expected. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with! Thank you Andy!! It was nice to meet him. If you have any questions, he is a phone call away and always reachable. We would definitely return again to this rental.
