Luxury penthouse apartment in Prague's UNESCO protected Old Town. From apartment's two level bedroom, living area with atelier windows and terrace you will experience amazing view of Prague's panorama. Penthouse is located in the house from 16th century just in the heart of historical Prague's Old Town. In the living area there is new luxury fully equipped kitchen and original mosaic table from Morocco. In the chill out corner with comfortable chair you can take delight in watching Prague's panorama while listening to the music from our hi-fi CD player or you can just browse the internet in your notebook. Our broadband Wi-Fi is for free. You can choose whether to sleep in the first or the second floor of the bedroom. Second floor's rest-area is equipped with satellite TV. Both floors of the bedroom are connected by spiral stairs. From all dormer windows you see the best picks of the historic Prague. This will sketch in your feeling of living in the middle of mysterious Prague.

  • Prices valid for 4 people, each additional person will be charged from $10 to $20 per night.
  • Prices includes all taxes and fees, cleaning apartment before and after visit, bed linen and towels. Charges are due arrival. We accept USD, EUR or CZK currency. We accept VISA / EC/MC credit / debit card.
  • To secure your booking request we require 20% of booking price upfront. This booking deposit can be settled via any debit / credit card or using PayPal portal.

    Cancellation policy:
    If you cancel 60 or more day prior your arrival we will refund you 100% of your booking deposit minus 50 Eur fee.
    If you cancel less than 60 days prior your arrival we will refund you 50% of your booking deposit minus 50 Eur fee.
    If you cancel less than 20 days prior your arrival we cannot refund any deposit back you you.

We just returned home from Prague and had a great time. My wife and I are walkers and Prague must be one of the best walking cities in Europe. The apartment is right downtown in the thick of things but is very quiet at night and away from any bar noise. Having a full kitchen was wonderful for having our breakfast and coffee. We even had pizza and a salad at home when we were getting tired of pork and sauer kraut. There are a few grocery stores within an 10-15 minute walk, all shown to us by the renter. The apartment was clean and ready to go. The owner arranged for our pick up at the airport and since we needed to leave for the airport at 3:45am the owner picked us up and brought us there himself! Anyone looking for a place right downtown that is safe, clean and reliable couldn't do better. One warning- 4 flights with no lift so be efficient and don't make extra trips. It was an excellent vacation, wouldn't want to do it any other way. Thank you.
Owner's Response: This is our best rated apartment. It's closest to tho Old Town Square but completely peaceful street with terrace to the yard. It's real pleasure to help our visitors to make their holiday happy.

The best location we could imagine. Also the view from the terrace is amazing! Will recommend to all my friends.
