Resort has following amenities: Swimming Pools, indoor heated, outdoor pool with 3 kiddie pools. Miniature golf, Fun center and arcade, oceanfront playgrounds, basketball courts, horseshoe and shuffleboard courts, recreation hall, laundry mat, grocery store, snack bars, nature center, golf cart and bike rentals, skateboard ramp and several fishing lakes. Nice beach with chair and umbrella rentals in season, beach is 4/10's of a mile from house. Discount tickets for sale in Rec. Hall for local attractions and golf courses. WE RENT TO FAMILIES ONLY!

We are centrally located, wonderful Murrells Inlet Seafood Restaurants and the Marshwalk is 15 minutes south of us, Golf courses within 5 minutes, Magic Harbor Amusement Park and the new Hard Rock Amusement Park all within 15 minutes. Retail and antique shopping all around us. Seafood buffet restaurants within 5 minutes! Of course our ocean front resort has lots.....skateboard park, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard, indoor and outdoor pools, arcade, mini golf and rec center!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning charge will be deducted from deposit if home is left not clean for next check-in.
  • A Reservation Deposit of $300.00 is due within 14 days of making reservations. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to check-in, the Reservation Deposit of $300.00 is non-refundable. Upon receiving your deposit, a signed a rental confirmation will be mailed to you. Your balance of rental plus a Security Deposit will be due 14 days prior to Check-in. The Security Deposit will be returned to you within 7 days after check-out if house is left undamaged and cleaned to our standards. Cleaning service is available for $150.00 if you choose not to clean. Linen rental is available for $50.00. Check or Credit Cards Accepted (Mastercard and Visa)
  • We rent to Families and Responsible Adults Only! No rentals under age 21. We do not rent to house parties. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. PLEASE NOTE: House has parking for 3 to 4 cars, any overflow will have to park at gate parking lot. If more guest stay in the house than originally stated on reservation, a $100 charge per person per week will be deducted from security deposit.

We just got back from a week at this house. The house was clean and comfortable and had just about everything you would need.The beds were very comfortable. Myrtle beach is amazing.
However, I did pay extra for cleaning. When she sent back the security deposit, she only sent back half stating that she had to use extra money for cleaning. I thought when you pay for cleaning this wouldnt happen. When I tried to contact her about this, nothing happened and she kept an extra 200 dollars. Would not trust her to rent from her again. We had 10 people in this house and obviuously it needed cleaned when we left , but nothing more than general bathroom cleaning dusting and vacuuming.
Owner's Response: The house was left in terrible condition, the worst it has ever been in my rental history! We had to bring in extra help which I paid for out of my pocket. I kept half of her deposit for replacement damaged items, (2 Waterproof mattress pads and towels that were stained badly and could not be left for next guest). She was also charged for laundry service for bedspreads and other mattress pads that were filthy. I take great care in providing a clean rental property and I have nothing but praise from all my guest, and I have a lot of repeat guest!

Amazing Vacation House

Just returned from a week in this wonderful house! It was very well kept and the beds were so comfortable. I loved the large decks both upper and lower and the kids really enjoyed fishing from the deck. Sandy is a wonderful lady and so easy to work with. We even visited her consignment shop in Surfside Beach (Consign @ 5th) and it was awesome too. I highly recommend this home to any one although I almost hate to let the secret out....The other wonderful part is that it is located in our favorite campground...Ocean Lakes!

Wonderful home and community at Ocean Lakes

We were in this house for a week and truly enjoyed every minute of it. Sandy is a wonderful woman to work with and everything was taken care of. The golf cart is an added plus, my kids thought it was the greatest. Your house is beautiful and easy to take care of. I can't believe it is for sale and only wish we had the $$$ we would buy it ourselves!!
Thanks for a great, memorable vacation, we'll be back next year for sure!

We spent seven days in this home. It really felt like home. The decorations and furniture is very nice. Also, dealing with the owners when we were making the reservations was pleasant. I will visit again and suggest it others.
