Our two bedroom oceanfront townhome is located in St. Augustine's premier beach condominium community. The 2nd floor features a full kitchen, living room with full size sleeper sofa, 1/2 bath, DSL Internet connection, and a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. The 3rd floor features a master bedroom with a panoramic view overlooking the ocean, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and two full-size bathrooms. The ground floor features a two car covered garage and W/D. The condo easily and comfortably sleeps up to six people. Community features include a sparkling blue pool, tennis court, and boardwalk to the ocean. Great restaurants and activities are nearby, including surfing, kayaking, fishing, golfing, jet-skiing, and nature preserve. Convenient to downtown, historic St. Augustine.

The Spyglass community is located on Anastasia Island. Our oceanfront condo is just steps from the white sandy beach. The intercoastal is also conveniently located just on the other side of A1A Highway. Spyglass is centrally located for visits to Marineland as well as downtown St. Augustine. St. Augustine is the oldest permanent settlement in the United States, and historic St. Augustine has great museums, shopping, art, and old Spanish architecture. This part of Florida is also well-known for its fantastic golf courses. The beach is great for kids and adults alike, especially for water sports. Relax at the pool or use the private boardwalk to access the beach. Play some tennis on Spyglass's private tennis court. St. Augustine has a mild winter and warm, sunny summers. Grocery stores and restaurants are also nearby.
