Adorable beach cottage nestled in the heart of Black Point Beach, a private beach club community. Our cottage is on a quiet cul-de-sac. We have 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another with 2 twin beds, and a pull-out queen sized couch in the living room. Easy living with dishwasher, washer and dryer.

During the day enjoy the child-friendly beaches just steps from your front door with swimming, fishing, crabbing and boating. Stroll to the local tennis courts, small market (seasonal), clubhouse with kids club (seasonal) and children's playground. Take a quick drive for shopping, antiquing, dining, movie theatre and children's museum in downtown Nianic. Or a 15 minute drive will have you at the world famous Mohegan Sun Casino for gambling, concerts, shopping and dining. Historic Mystic Ct is a1/2 hour away.

In the evening use the gas grill in the spacious yard, take a bike ride through beautiful Old Black Point, then relax in front of the fireplace. A perfect ending to your

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We really enjoyed your lovely home. We were very comfortable. The beach is great and quiet. It was a little cold this week but it was so refreshing. We really love this area.

The House is very cool...

This place was great. Niantic has been good to us. The neighborhood is very friendly, and the beach reminded me of being young. We went to a wedding at Rocky Neck and visited with a lot of family and friends. The house is very cool. The family pictures are classic too. Best of all though is the umbrella w/ lights-thanks a lot.

A Special Little Cottage
