Stunning, newly remodeled, close to the beaches, airport, golf courses and restaurants ....This large roomy house is well maintained by its owners. It has a large private heated swimming pool (13 feet x 33 feet), wood sunning deck and patio with 7 loungers, pool floats and umbrellas,fully equipped kitchen, all new furniture, wood floors, stainless steel appliances, gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, granite counters, flat screen TV, movie library and an awesome fenced in backyard for privacy and quiet time in the garden or pool. This great rental is located in a well sought after neighborhood just off historic McGregor Blvd. This house is pet and family friendly. The house is only 2.5 miles S. of the Edison/Ford Estates and only 15 minutes to Fort Myers Beach. We call it 'The Studio House' because it was the art studio and office for a local well known artist in Fort Myers. We provide organic shampoo, conditioner and soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent.

This home is located in the heart of historic Fort Myers right off of McGregor Blvd. Henry Ford and Thomas Edison use to drive along McGregor Blvd in a Model-T Ford back in the early 1900's. Guests enjoy walking, jogging and biking along McGregor Blvd. You can walk to the McGregor Cafe or bike to the Red Sox spring training stadium. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the Caloosahatchee River, 25 minutes West of Southwest Regional Airport (RSW), a bridge away from Cape Coral, 15 minutes to the beach, public golf is just down the road, shopping, boating, bi-plane rides, theaters, spas, world class fishing, dolphin watching, tennis and more...Many renters say, 'This house is in a great location!'
