The pool cleaning, utilities and optional housekeeper are separate and can be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the occupancy.

There is no smoking in the house, however, smoking is permitted outside on the property, at the pool, etc. Animals are considered but guest must be reminded that they will be responsible for any damages. Full season clients: TV Cable/Internet and telephone is a monthly charge of $100 and the weekly pool maintenance is separate. Housekeeper is available for $15.00 per hour. The vacation home is designed for maximum ease and joy so that all you need to bring is your clothes and personal belongings. The pool is extra long at 50' with 8 hardwood, luxurious fat cushioned lounges, deck chairs, table, umbrella, awning for shade off the pool house; children's slide into the pool and diving board. Pool has separate child protected fence. Small surf boards for the kids, tennis rackets, balls & bikes. Basketball hoop on the Tennis Court. Property includes a massage cabana, Sauna, Hot tub and recommended masseur; Ideal for those needing a break from the city...nature & privacy is highlighted
