Modern villa outside Monda with heated pool, Sat TV and A/C Set in a quiet residential area, just a five minute drive from the historic Moorish village of Monda, the house is newly constructed to a high standard, and comprises one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, modern fitted kitchen, full bathroom, further shower room, and a spacious, airy living room with dining area at one end. For your entertainment, there is satellite TV with main UK channels and a DVD/CD player, etc. Comfortably furnished throughout, additional features include underfloor heating and a heated swimming pool, making it also ideal for winter rentals. Outside, there are both lawn and terrace areas for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the lovely views over the town and beyond. Ample garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are provided. Marbella and some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol are just a 15-20 minute drive away, via excellent roads. Please e-mail us for more photos!

This newly built house is set on a small, quiet urbanisation on the edge of the traditional 'white village' of Monda, which is steeped in history and is a joy to explore, with its old Moorish buildings, tiny winding streets, impressive church square, and a variety of bars and restaurants. Just 15 minutes´ drive inland from Marbella, the town is largely unspoilt by tourism but has a considerable number of foreign residents, making it surprisingly cosmopolitan. It also has a strong artistic community and attracts painters from all over the world.

This was our 3rd Visit to this villa. Improvements have taken place, but we spent the 1st half day of our holiday cleaning the patios and emptying the last visitors rubbish from the bins!
A bit disappointing, no electric kettle, only 2 sun loungers with old stained covers, broken umbrellas, loose paving slabs, broken drain cover.
Charge for High Chair and Cot per week.
Fantastic Location, Great pool, Friendly local Village, Must have Car.
Despite its faults, we would go again!

A nice little get away !!!

Just returned from a lovely fourthnight, and im sure we would love to come back someday.
The house is situated nice and quiet next to a lovely and very helpfull old british couple. The villa has everything one needs for a nice and relaxing holiday. Its very close to a lovely not spoiled village, where you get the feeling that the locals aint that used to foreigners.
Overviewing the village is an old castle, which is working as a hotel and restaurant during weekends. Please dont cheat yourself of the experience of going up there for dinner getting a fantastic 3 meal course with a stunning view over the city, all at the cost of 15 eur a head ex wine.
We'll be back :o)

The booking went through with phone support if required. Journey and direstions were very clear. about 40 mins from Malaga. Very clean villa. Spacious rooms and outside. More loungers would have been useful (only found 2). Villagers very friendly. Neighbours very helpful and friendly. Wonderful scenary. Good restaurants in Coin. Need a car. Would definately go again.

A lovely stay in a lovely villa

The Villa was spotless, the welcome pack in the fridge was very welcome especially as it was dark when we got there. the info and maps inside were very useful. Pool was gorgeous and views were breath taking. lovely walk into village but definately need a car to get around further afield. villa is in a quiet residential area, which was perfect for a peaceful getaway which we were after. only cars we saw were the neighbour and the police car patrolling the estate, which was also reassuring. would definately reccomend and will hopefully will return one day.

I recently returned from Monda and had a wonderful time. The Villa was clean and a perfect location for relaxing, shopping and seeing the sites. I stay in Spain twice a year and always rent a villa, so have a vast experience of what's on offer. This villa was great with everything we needed and extremely comfortable. There were neighbours on one side only, who were very friendly. Carol was a great help and at hand whenever we needed advice or information. I would definatley recommend this place.
