Greene Park, 3 blocks to G train stop at Clinton-Washington. A short walk to all trendy bars, restaurants and BAM. The Lower East Side and Nolita are across the Manhattan Bridge just a short cab ride away. Close to LaGuardia and Williamsburg.

My daughter and I rented this property for a month. She was going to attend Pratt Institute and we wanted to be near it because we've never been in Brookly before. From the moment we arrived Turquesa, the owner, helped us in every way, from helping us with our luggage to taking us in a tour to show us the neibourghood so we could manage. The apartment is lovely, extremely clean, comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Half a block away you have everything, restaurants, groceries, take-outs, laundromat, banks, post office, Walgreens, etc. I can't think a better place than this. I thank her so much for all her attentions and kindness.

It was the first time we rented an house by internet, at beginning sceptic and dubtful, we are pleased to join our positive comments to the others dealing with the Turquesa's appartment.
A clean apartment, very quite, it was a pleasure to see the squirrels playing on the branches to the first hours of the morning. The kitchen is very well equipped and efficient. The global furnishing is multi-ethnic, the library is impressive.
We were five, this accomodation allowed as to meet our budget and spent a pleasant week in NYC. Parking was not so difficult, probably compared to Rome where we live.
We had not the opportunity to meet Turquesa, we were received very friendly by a Turquesa's fried, all echanges by mail and Skype very effective. Deposit returned quickly.
We would have liked to stay for a longer time

What a little gem of a place. Absolutely perfect for exploring New York. Stayed here for 5 nights with 2 teenagers and couldnt have been happier. Apartment was just as described and we instantly felt at home. Turquesa was extremely helpful throughtout. Lots of great places to eat locally - Bergen Bagels are a must!

A colleague and I needed a place to stay during a trade show in NYC, and this apartment was a great alternative to an overpriced hotel room in Manhattan. Safe neighborhood, a bit of a walk to the subway station on a cold day, but perfectly clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great restaurants nearby too! Turquesa was so nice and easy to work with - an added bonus.
