Minutes from downtown San Francisco, on the Powell/Hyde vintage and historic cable car line with a stop in front of the building. The Powell/Hyde cable car line begins at the Powell St./Market St. turntable, runs through the Union Square Shopping Center, Chinatown, Nob Hill and Russian Hill before ending at Aquatic Park near the Ghiradelli Square/Fisherman's Wharf area/turntable. This ground floor street front studio is near the Financial District, 5 Star Hotels (Mark Hopkins/Fairmont), North Beach Area, Hyde Street restaurants, Union Square shopping and numerous sightseeing attractions (Coit Tower, Lombard Street, Grace Cathedral, Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz). This renovated studio offers new granite kitchen counter tops, maple cabinets, hardwood floor, lots of natural light and access to two shared coin operated washer/dryers(not in the studio).

  • Booking/Securing Process:

    1. Upon receipt of Renter(s) initial required payment to secure listing, an email will be sent by Owner/Agent to Renter requesting to print, read, sign, date and return fax the lease agreement to the Owner/Agent (due 14 calendar days prior to taking possession of unit, if not sooner).

    2. Upon receipt of Renters final required payment and signed lease agreement (due 14 calendar days prior to taking possession of unit, if not sooner) to secure/confirm listing, an email will be sent by Owner/Agent to Renter 2-3 days prior to the beginning of the stay with the necessary information to access/use the studio and amenities.

    3. Upon Renters departure of the unit, the security deposit, minus repair for damages, if any, will be returned to Renter within 21 calendar days of the last day of stay if not sooner (FYI - typical return time of security deposit is 1-2 weeks from the last day of stay).
