To Calculate Your Total Price:: 1) Go to the Signature MGM Grand Website (Click Link Below) (DO NOT book through that website, that is MGM's with the higher rates. I just want you to get the base rate for comparison) 2) Choose your dates under 'Make a Reservation' and click 'Continue' 3) Click 'Search Availability' 4) Click 'Book this Suite' under Junior Suite 5) Subtract 20% off the Total. Take those daily rates Minus: Daily - 7 nights 20%, 7+ Nights - Minus 25%, 14+ Nights - Minus 30%, 21+ Nights - Minus 35%, 28+ Nights - Minus 50% all subject to availability. (Minimum - 3 night stay)

These rates include all daily fees except the 1 time check-in fee of $25.00 and a check-out fee of $50.00. The check-out fee of $50.00 applies to stays of less than 7 days. You do not have to pay any other fees as they are paid by me. To Reserve: Send us an email with: 1) Your desired check in date 2) Your desired check out date 3) The name you would like the reservation under 4) A phone # and/or email where we can contact you.

You will receive a written confirmation of your reservation from The Signature at MGM Grand and you can call The Signature to verify the reservation if you desire. Check in time is 3 pm at the front desk and check out is at 12pm. Payment can be made by Major Credit card (these payments are accepted through Paypal). If the total for your visit is less than $1500.00, a full payment will be required before the reservation will be completed. For all totals of $1500.00 or more, we will accept half of the total to secure the reservation with the balance being due 1 month prior to the visit.
