A new post and beam house in a perfect location. Close to town, and only a short drive to four major ski areas, various hiking trails, golf course, and 3 breathtaking lakes. Perched on a hill for scenic views overlooking the White Mountains- this is truly your ideal retreat! As you enter drop your skis or hiking gear in the inviting mudroom which is centered around a gas stove for those chilly days. The warm charm of the first level awaits you with mountain views, rustic beams, and a warm open floor plan. On those chilly nights the gas fireplace is located in the cathedral living room which creates a comfortable setting for gathering with family and friends. Outside provides a large deck with spectacular views of the White Mountain National Forest and the sounds of the river below. The ultimate setting for unwinding after a long day of enjoying the many activities New Hampshire has to offer.

This house is beautiful. It has an amazing view of the mountains. Walking into the house we felt at home instantly. The kitchen is equipped with the best appliances and pots/pans. The place was immaculate. We would highly recommend this house for your stay in the mountains.
