This was a great place for the price! We were close to everything like the beach, food, and activities. If you are planning on coming to Oahu without transportation this is a great place. We were able to use the bus with ease and able to go EVERYWHERE we wanted.

The place was spotless! Very well managed and everything that we need was there. This included kitchen necessities, beach essentials, and bathroom needs.

We did hear tropical birds from the zoo, but it was not annoying. Overall EXCELLENT deal and comfortable place.

A Bit of Paradise!

Spent a week at the 920 location...and loved everything...even when the elephants and animal noises from the zoo awoke us in the morning...yes, better than the garbage trucks! Very comfortable and convenient. The affordability of the condo helped us extend our budget to included "everything" we wanted into our trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really didn't even notice the "gay" bar...the back location gives you great privacy. The rooftop was an extra treat. We didn't need to rent a car due to the convenience of the bus line and walking distance to everything. The owner was genuinely interested in our arrival and called and dropped off a table for use during our stay. Thank you for a great time...we suggest this condo to everyone!

Wonderful newly remodeled unit clean and well maintained.I was a shocked it was so nice.
Great location to everything.
The beach and Kapiolani Park were one block away.
We cannot beat the price and location
Only one no at 5am garbage trucks empty endless trash bins.

Our Stay at Condo #920

The location of this studio was very good, close to everything. Waikiki beach is just across the street, Kapiolani Park, Honolulu Zoo right across the road and Diamond Head a beautiful sight to look at. The 10th floor sun deck was amazing for an absolutely gorgeous view. We did not rent a car, but bus service is just in front of the hotel, so very easy to get around.

The condo, though small was perfect for a couple. It was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The well equipped kitchenette was a nice amenity. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't it, but for us who would rather spend the extra money on doing and seeing things, it was perfect. (And no cockroaches--as some of the negative reviews of the hotel stated)!

Although there is a gay bar in the hotel on the 2nd floor, we were up on the 9th floor, so never heard any noise. In regards to that, we were not the only husband and wife team staying there--so the hotel does not only cater to guys!

The owner of the condo gave us a call the night we came in to see if everything was alright. That was great! We would recommend this condo to our friends and we would not hesitate to go back there if ever in Waikiki again--and we plan to go back. It was our first time there and we totally loved it.
