Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-7)

Please come and stay in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo located in the beautiful gated Seascape Golf and Tennis Resort community.

This unit is a short walk to the famous sugar white sandy beach. Please come and enjoy your beverages and casual dining on the deck of Whale's Tail restaurant and watch the most spectacular sunsets. Children will enjoy the untamed adventures of Big Kahuna's, voted best waterpark on the Emerald Coast. Dolphin cruises are must for the entire family as well as Kokomo snorkeling, and much more. Die hard shoppers will enjoy Silver Sands Outlets.... little over a mile away. Another geat shopping destination is at 'Destin Commons.' Several grocery stores are within two and three miles. For live music , dancing and fine/casual dining, Baytowne Wharf Village is a must, and it is less than 3 miles away. Also, Fudpucker's Bar and Grill is a fun place for casual dining among many other great dining places. Golfers, this is the place for you - Seascape Golf Club offers 18 holes of championship golfing just steps away from the condo. If you want a bit of variety, there is Kelly Plantation.... crown jewel of the Emerald Coast as well as many others. Smith's Antiques Mall is a great place to shop for treasures. One thing is for sure, you will have fun in the sun in Destin and its beatiful beaches.

All this and much more is offered to you for $850 or less per week - depending on the season, departure cleaning is extra, and $1250 per month - winter months. This condo will be reserved for your stay once a refundable security deposit of $300 for long term and $200 for short rentals is received. References available upon request.

About The Owner

We are a married and retired couple with adult children and young grandchildren. Our primary residence is in Michigan and also own a lake home in South Carolina. We enjoy many hobbies such as traveling, organic gardening, antiques' hunting and photography among others. We love to swim, beach walks, dance, play euchre games with family and friends, treat our family and friends with home cooked meals and enjoy very much playing with our eight grand kids.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2000
Why The Owner chose Miramar Beach

We vacationed in Destin for the first time in the year 2000, enjoyed it so much that three months later we bought our condo. We fell in love with the beautiful white sandy beaches, emerald color ocean water, wonderful restaurants and many adult and children places to visit and enjoy but not have to drive a great distance to them.

What makes this condo unique

Waking up in the morning to the tune of wonderful bird singing and no cars honking and sirens blaring yet a short distance for our beach walks. Seascape complex is gated and patrolled during busy spring and summer months, ordinances are enforced for a safe and comfortable stay.

A great getaway!

From the time we drove into the Seascape property, we fell in love. As a couple with a small dog, we were looking to enjoy time away from our home and discovered this wonderful condo at Miramar Beach/Destin Florida. We felt like it was "home" as soon as we stepped in the door. Spacious and very clean with all the amenities you could need or want. The porch was wonderful to relax on after a fun filled day at the beach or site-seeing! And for those who are concerned about sleeping, the masterbed was so very comfortable! I told the owner that I would definitely be back for that reason alone! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental to anyone.

The Best Place to Stay!

We have rented this wonderful condo for many years and are never disappointed. The location is perfect, with the condo immaculate and fully stocked with all the comforts of home. You have the serene view of the golf course, plus the calming ocean breeze. The beach is a short walk with the Whale's Tail restaurant close for food/drinks. The Silver Sands outlet is close by as well as great local restaurants for good seafood! The owner is a gem to work with; always making sure everything is perfect for your stay. You just can't go wrong with this rental.

Great place to stay!!

This place is in a nice quiet area not far from the beach at all. Absolutely everything is supported in this home except for food and clothes. The owner of this home is a very helping person and the best part about this place is that it has a unbeatable price!
