We are located in St. George, Utah. We have an immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bath luxury vacation rental twin home available with all the upgrades. We are located in the heart of Southern Utah's 'Color Country'.
Beautiful upgraded home: Our home is in a gated community with a community pool and spa with a bath house that serves only 20 homes. We have free Wi-Fi, a 2 car attached garage, laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board, luxury linens, a hair dryer & gas, switch activated fireplace in the great room. Our beautiful granite counter top, slate floor kitchens are complete with anything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. All you need to bring is the food!! Our large Master Bedrooms have King size beds with large mirrored closets and television and a sliding door that goes out to a patio area. The attached large Master Bathroom has 2 sinks, a large shower and separate toilet area. Our Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a large mirrored closet. The Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Close proximity to an outdoor mecca: We are located 1/2 mile to the beautiful 'Canyons Softball Complex', 5 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 1-3 hours to Zion, Bryce Canyon National Park & The North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We have 3 beautiful reservoirs nearby for water sports (Gunlock, Sand Hollow & Quail Creek) and miles & miles of beautiful hiking and biking trails. We are 5 minutes to the breath taking & unique Tuacahn Amphitheater also called 'Broadway in the Desert' where you can see Broadway caliber shows & concerts. St. George is home to the St. George Marathon which qualifies for the Boston Marathon, Iron Man, Huntsman Senior Games, St. George Film Festival, Shakespeare Festival (in Cedar City 45 minutes north of St. George), and so much more. We are 2 hours to Brianhead where you can ski, snowboard or tube in their park on some of the best pow pow nature offers and on a crowded day, there are only 2 in front of you in the lift lines. We have lots of fun boutique shopping nearby too!!

We think the properties in Lava Falls At Entrada are extraordinary because they are located in the heart of some of those most breath taking country you will see in the southwest. We are close to miles of biking and hiking trails as well as Tuacahn Amphitheater and Snow Canyon State Park. Our homes are clean, comfortable and furnished with all your cookware and linens. Grocery Stores and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. We are 5 miles from historic, downtown St. George
There is an outdoor, heated community pool and hot tub (pool heated from mid Feb - the end of Oct) Hot tub heated year around. Free family day pass to Sand Hollow Aquatic Center.
This was such a beautiful place to stay. We love St. George and the majestic sites it offers. The condo is a great place to come to!
We stayed at Lava Falls last week and I will have to say that this condo was one of the nicest we have ever stay in. While we didn't stay in this particular unit, the unit we stayed in was very clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. Both bedrooms had a small patio and the patio area was very private. I think we were there for four days before we saw another person in the complex. We appreciated having the laundry facilities right there in the unit.
We enjoyed the St George area (our first visit). We hiked in the Snow Canyon State Park a couple of times and also enjoyed hiking in Zion National Park. While walking in the area we discovered a path through the lava fields that we enjoyed also.
Len was very easy to work with, answered all of my questions and respected our privacy. We will contact him again when we return to St George.
We loved our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean (which we are very picky about.) We cooked every meal there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the location felt very private. The home is situated very close to Tuachan. It stormed the entire time we were there and we didn't mind because the home was so nice. The property manager was very easy to work with. Everything was easy. We look forward to a return visit.
I'm always wary of selecting a property based on pictures- in essence "sight -unseen". We were pleasantly surprised with this property; it was very clean and though next to the road, it was very quiet. The unit is beautifully furnished and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the pool to be clean and very private- we really enjoyed it. If your a golfer (as I am) there's plenty of options but my favorite course was Coral Canyon. We dined at the newly remodeled "Cliffside Restaurant" and were happy with the view and the meal. Also Lem, the manager, was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We will definitely return to this destination in the future and we highly recommend it to others.

We just finished a 2 week stay at this home and were very pleased with the accommodations which were exactly as described in the listing. The property is well appointed and cared for and found to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location is very quiet and relaxing and was enjoyed by all 4 members of our group. The pool was not heated to the extent expected and did need cleaning (leaves primarily) however the quality of the housing more than compensated for this weakness resulting in the excellent rating we have accorded the property. We will have no hesitation recommending this property to others or renting it again for ourselves.
This was our first time to Utah. The vacation home was perfect for us. Great ,well stocked kitchen,lots of linens and very clean. As we did alot of hiking and golfing a car was a necessity, but the location was quiet and safe and close enough to groceries etc.. Just wish I had my bicycle as there were paths everywhere. Lem, the property manager was most helpful when my husband needed some office communication. There was no landline phone at this home, but were able to work around that with Magic Jack.
For restaurants I would recommend the Painted Pony!
The most spectacular golf course was Sand Hollow!

THE PROPERTY MANGER KARI ISAKSEN TOLD US IT WLL BE REPAIRED EVERY DAY.BUY THE FOURTH DAY SHE COULD NOT BE REACHED AND WE LEFT.
