Great Perdido Condo! We are yearly renters of this unit. It has become our home away from home. Beautifully decorated, plenty of room and very clean. The owners are the best to rent from and always make sure everything is just right. Steps away from low traffic beach, close to shopping, dinning and water sports. Kitchen well stocked with all cookware you will need, tv with dvd in every room and a nice size balcony. We will recommend this unit to our favorite people.

Very nice amenities, fully furnished (just bring yourself and your attire),clean and well laid out, low traffic, rest and relaxation with an outstanding variety of dining and shopping. Just the perfect setting for the 55+ crowd or empty nesters but could be extremely enjoyed by everyone. I'll come again hopefully many times over with or without family. I only wish I could post my pictures of the views.

This condo is a very nice unit. It is beautifully decorated, very roomy, and the furniture and beds are extemely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need.
It has a really good selection of t v channels
The pool and hot tub area is very nice wirh lots of deck loungers (the pool is heated year round!). My only complaint would be ... the building could use a fitness room. The owners are terrific to rent from and I would definitely stay here again.
