Sit back and relax in the Key West style home, overlooking the beautiful waterway and new sunny pool. The deep saltwater canal is direct access to the intracoastal, Tampa Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. Fish jumping out of the water is a constant entertainment. Ducks, blue heron, cranes, various fish, and an occasional manatee and dolphin may glide along your canal. The 75' sea wall, piling, and bumpers can accommodate any sized boat as well as being able to enjoy a relaxing kayak excursion in the many scenic canals surrounding the neighborhood. A list of boat rentals is available upon request. Spacious, cozy, clean and comfy sums up the interior furnishings. The fenced backyard pool has a private tropical setting and many a gorgeous sunset can be enjoyed from the 2nd story screened deck. Your 'home away' is located in a quiet neighborhood close to many local activities and attractions.
