This property is in a very nice friendly neighborhood near the 10 freeway that provides quick access to Downtown San Antonio allowing you to be in the center of the city in 15 minutes. Perfect for families or business trips.

Located in a very convenient neighborhood name Candlewood park near the10 fwy. Commuting to Ft. Sam ,Randolph AFB, Six Flags Fiesta or Sea World is accessible in 20 to 25 minutes. From the 281 fwy you can drive to San Antonio zoo, Botanical Gardens, Museums, and the River walk.

This is a newly remodeled home; inside you will find beautiful new tile flooring, comfy new carpet and beautiful furnishings throughout the home. Three flat-screen TVs with cable and WiFi provided.

Property accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with adjoining restroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a comfy Queensize pull out couch. All three sleeping areas share both bathrooms.

The kitchen area comes with all appliances including a breakfast table with 4 chairs and a granite dining counter with 3 bar stools.

The property has a beautifully landscaped backyard, a great area for the children to play. The private patio has a nice lounge area with a charcoal grill. Get comfy in the backyard chairs and watch the Kids play!

Neighborhood was ok but not great. Abandoned cars and some of the properties were not well kept. Barking dogs were a minor annoyance. Saw cockroaches in the house most days. Fairly clean but again not perfect. Location was great. Had to buy dishwasher detergent and paper towels. There were also some minor things needing repair such as two broken towel racks.

Beautiful Home

This house was beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. My only complaint would be the sofa bed. If you are needing 3 beds, this is NOT it. First night we ended up going to Wal-Mart and purchasing a thick memory foam topper. The metal bar was still horrible and couldn't sleep. So after spending an additional $88. I was on the search for something else. Ended up getting an very nice air mattress. Besides that, we enjoyed sitting outside early morning reading our Bibles and morning devos with some coffee. Thank you for our time in your home.

Excellent Stay!

This property definitely lived up to the title of "Elegant Home". The house was cozy and relaxing. The location was close to all the main attractions and downtown San Antonio. In short, a well Excellent stay and an Awesome Host! Mr. Ricardo Hey!Thanks for making me and my daughter feel at home. 5+
