Wake up and be in your boat in 2 minutes. Who wants to hassle and waste time at the boat launch. Put your boat in and tie up to one of two slips (one covered) on your own private dock. Property includes 2 levels of decking. Screened in back porch with hammock. Great Views. Walk down to the lake without getting in a car. Quiet drive that provides for nice walking. Retail stores and gas are only minutes away. Property is located across the lake from Herrington Marina. Cozy fire place for those brisk Fall/Winter nights. Great for fishing, water sports, or just relaxing.

Guest Book: My family and I enjoyed our stay this past summer at this wonderful lake house on Herrington Lake. The kids loved skiing and tubing on the lake while my husband and I enjoyed a nice relaxing day soaking up the sun on the floating dock. After a fun day on the lake, we enjoyed grilling out and watching the sun set from the screened porch. We are already planning our next trip here next summer. katsfn1@yahoo.com
