This single family home sits on a very large lot overlooking Casco Bay, and is 50 steps away from fabulous Willard Beach. The cottage was purchased in 2007, and has been completely remodeled (new paint, flooring, appliances and furnishings). Washer/dryer, microwave, gas fireplace, wireless internet, high-def flat-screen cable TV, 2 car attached garage with automatic door opener. The neighborhood boasts an excellent bakery/coffee shop, ice cream parlor, Italian market, and several fine restaurants all within easy walking distance. Shoreline parkway provides a great walk along the coastline to area lighthouses. Downtown Portland is a 5 minute car ride, with Freeport another 15 minutes away.

The natural surroundings are unique, with area mountains for skiing and hiking, freshwater lakes, and of course the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful Maine coastline.
