Five bedroom, three and a half bathroom house. Built in Late Summer 2003, first rented in 2004. Just 200 yards from the Beach. Great for sharing with two families. Three queens, five twins beds, and two queen sleep sofas. Sleeps 11 in bedrooms, four more on Family Room and Living Room Sofas. Two master bedroom suites with full baths and satellite TVs. Four decks (Roof Top deck has ocean views). Two Floors, upstairs include master bedroom with private deck and full bath, high ceiling great room with kitchen, living and dining area, and half bath. Huge dining room table and breakfast bar. Downstairs has four bedrooms, including junior master with full bath, and a family room. Full bath and laundry room. Each floor has a large deck. Outside shower, garage and off street parking. SIX BEACH BADGES ARE INCLUDED. No Smoking and No Pets.

This house was amazing. All the rooms were clean, furnishings were of high quality, and in very good condition. The house has a nice private outdoor shower, large garage for beach chair/bike storage. The location couldn't have been better. Only a short walk to the beach, 1-1/4 blocks. The roof top deck was great for viewing the fireworks on the 4th of July. Pizza store is on the corner, as well all the nearby shops(ice cream run, anyone?) are within easy walking distance. Our family (2 families on a combined vacation) had plenty of room to spread out on the many decks and indoor rooms. I would highly recommend this rental home.
