Welcome to beautiful, historic Mesilla. Within walking distance to the Mesilla Plaza there are great restaurants and shopping. See the jail and courthouse where Billy the Kid was tried and sentenced to hang in 1881.
This exquisite condo has a spectacular view of the Organ Mountains. Enjoy sunrise or sunset on the patio facing the mountains or quiet solitude on the second balcony facing the courtyard.
Close to New Mexico State University, "A" Mountain, desert activities abound. Easy access to Interstate 10 and 25. White Sands National Monument is only an hour away.
This is a true southwest charmer.
This photo was taken on a hike at Dripping Springs, one of the local desert attractions near Las Cruces. We are pictured here with our niece and son on a beautiful New Mexico afternoon.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2008
We have been visiting Las Cruces for over 25 years. My sister and her family moved here in the early 80's to teach at NMSU. We decided to buy a condo since we travel here at least twice a year. We love Mesilla because of the wonderful restaurants and historic feel. Walk to "The Bean" for a cup of coffee, St. Claire's for award-winning wine and delicious food, Mason de Mesilla for sunset on their rooftop bar with a spectacular view of the Organ Mountains, or a true Mexican meal at Andele (a local favorite). The list goes on and on.
350 days of sunshine allows us to enjoy the pool in our enclosed courtyard. We love the desert activities such as hiking and mountain biking. The colors of the sky and beauty of New Mexico desert keep us coming back year after year.
We definitely will keep you in mind for the future. We enjoyed your condo and the Las Cruces area so much.
The stay was pleasant
On my arrival I wanted take a bath and found the bathtub had not been cleaned after I removed the plastic mat in the tub. It had hair and soap residue under the mat.
I checked the toilets and they needed a cleaning as well.
However, everything else was great! I appreciated the bed linens and feather pillows, the pool , and convenience of location. The master bedroom was a bit noisey as the main roadway runs right in front of building.
Seems a tad expensive
I stayed all March 2011 at this condo, everything you can think about is there, this condo is very well decorated and maintained all people around very polite and friendly.
An other beauty you can leave your car and walk to Old Mesilla and enjoy restaurants and farmers market.
The owners are very friendly, give all infos needed and more, this condo is well priced.
I would recommend this place to any one, I would say, go there enjoy the sun and relax

We found your Las Cruces condo to be like a home away from home. It had everything we needed, except a cheese grater, which we bought and left for you. Maybe you had one, but we didn't see it. The bed was really comfortable, just like ours at home. The only problem was the 18 steps up to the front door, but we got used to it by the end of our stay. You've done a very nice job decorating your condo; it shows very well. We especially liked the workout room, which we needed after eating all the mexican food. The pool was nice for cooling off on the days it got to 102 degrees.
