Our home, full of original character and warmth is 2400 + square feet of open and social space ideal for families or business professionals. 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths, huge kitchen with granite counter tops and eating bar, formal dining room & living room. Large private back yard with a beautiful pool and covered patio. Full amenities including large flat screen TV with hi-def and movie channels, and wifi Internet. Warm colors and import furnishings give our home character and warmth to make your stay completely enjoyable and comfortable. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs, all with Queen size beds. Complete with all linens and giant pool towels, fully stocked kitchen and utility room. Large back yard is all patio and pool privately secluded by fence and mature vegetation to sunbath and swim in complete seclusion. The DDD House is located approximately 3 miles immediately west of the central Las Vegas Strip. We are tucked away in a quiet & secluded cul-de-sac providing peace & quiet and plenty of privacy in a classic Las Vegas Neighborhood. Shopping, grocery markets, recommended restaurants, are literally within minutes of the home. We are very centrally located and convenient to everything Las Vegas has to offer, we are situated in a truly HASSLE FREE LOCATION. Once in the home you will never know you are this close to the Strip. Quiet, peaceful, private and close to everything yet far enough away to escape when you need a break.

  • We do require a $350 - $450 security and damage deposit on all stays with us. Deposit is refunded immediately after your stay.

Rental Rates & general information: Our rates are based upon the number of guests staying in the home however; slightly. Our mid week rates start at $175-200 per night and $200-250 on weekends. Our weekly rates vary from $1000- 1250. We ask for one half of the total rental fee up front to secure your dates and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. We do not impose any 'hidden fees'. We send an email reminder alerting you final payment is due. Please inquire with regard to monthly or long term rates. We require a $100-150 cleaning fee as well as a $350-450 security and damage deposit. Our rates and deposit may be slightly higher in middle summer due to very high cooling and energy costs in Nevada. We do not have hidden fees for heating the pool or cooling the house, the price we quote is the final rate. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible in our unique home. Should you like to request additional amenities or special services please don't hesitate to inquire

Our Home: We are the owner/operators of the home and actually live in the same neighborhood. We are not a rental agency or real estate management company. We have taken great care and pride in remodeling our home with quality materials and furnishings to make it unique, original, and comfortable. We have been to Vegas several times in the past and stayed in Hotels. Never Again! This place is absolutely perfect! Everthing was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. It was spacious, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, but so incredibly close to everything, the strip was only 10 minutes away by car........a reasonable cab fare away...whatever works best for you. Mike (the owner) provided the BEST customer service ever! I have dealt with plenty of owners/brokers in the past, however, none equal to Mike. He made sure that every aspect of our stay was worry free. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Vegas!!! We will be back!

Absolutely immaculately presented house in a perfect location. Ten minutes from The Strip by car yet peaceful and private enough to get away from the ring of the machines and the roar of the crowd. Tastefully decorated and exceptionally well thought out with every possible need catered for. Comfortable and spacious with a superb pool and patio area. The owner's listing description is spot on and I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It was clean, well maintained and had excellent customer service. You won't find better!

Double Down Desert House Review

My family had a wonderful experience at the Double Down Desert House. It was exactly what it was sold to be, the family room had a convenient sliding glass entry to the patio and pool area; the rooms were comfy and made you feel at home. The owner went out of his way to help us when we needed a printer cable. The location gave us quick access to the Vegas strip, but it was far enough away that we had peace and quiet in the evening (or early morning :)). Everything was great.

A vacation house is a nice refuge from the hustle and bustle of the large casino hotels; where you can't find a lounge chair to enjoy the pool or have to spend a part of your retirement money just to buy a meal. We've been spoiled and will not go back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

What a great house for a family get-together! There were 18 in all who stayed in different locations, but everyone wanted to spend the day at this house because of the comfort and convenience. The pool area was great and the whole house exceeded our expectations.
If anyone is looking to rent a house in Las Vegas, this is it!

This is a FANTASTIC location. Close to the chapel we chose. A warm and inviting atmosphere, not like other rentals which have a motel feel. Plenty of information on site. Privacy was excellant, and yet close enough to strip to feel a 'no problem" travel time. Plenty of grocery stores near by to set up house for our week stay. Valley of Fire was only 25 min. away. Family came from all over the country for a wedding/vacation. Plenty of hot water come shower time. Big Kitchen for "our" buffet style cooking. Great grill, and patio very comfortable. The beds slept ALL comfortably. Would definately recommend to Friends and Family for a group vaction. Privacy is the key to this property.
